By removing it completely from your diet, you will need to be strict and ensure that no other foods you’re eating contain gluten in their ingredients. Once you’ve eliminated gluten from your body, you can slowly reintroduce it; if symptoms reoccur, then this may be a strong indicator that you have an intolerance to gluten.

When you are diagnosed with gluten intolerance, it is advisable to not to consume gluten even once a month. According to the figures, the risk of death increases by 600% in such cases. Gluten is rich in minerals like protein that can be dangerous for patients with such intolerance. This is the reason why you should NOT consume wheat, barley, and rye even in small portions.
